Refund Policy

At The Simple Den, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition when applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Photos of damaged or incorrect items may be requested

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or color selected by the customer
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted fulfillment partners, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume. These delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order is considered lost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
